Vicky Air Travels

Vicky Air Travels is situated over in Lake Town, Block B. We are at P 194, which is a fairly easy spot to get to if you live around here. We mainly focus on air travel, so there is a lot of computer work involved every single day. The office is usually quiet unless the phones are ringing off the hook with people asking about flight timings or ticket prices. We have been in Lake Town for a bit and we like the area. It is a nice part of Kolkata with good people. Usually, it is just a couple of us handling the bookings. We use a lot of paper and have files tucked away in every corner of the room. Air travel can be confusing with all the different rules these days, so we try to explain things simply when someone comes in. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is more like a local shop where you can sit down and talk for a few minutes while we look up the best options. Sometimes we stay late if a customer has an emergency or a last-minute flight to catch. It is just how the work is. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just look at the screen, see what the airlines are offering, and tell you the price. It is straightforward and we like keeping it that way for all our neighbors in Lake Town.
