Charioteer Tours Travels

You can find us over on Hc Sarani in Sonarpur. It’s a small office, nothing too special to look at from the street, but it’s where we spend most of our time. We deal with tours and travels, which mostly means we are on the computer or the phone all day long. The desk is always covered in loose papers, train schedules, and old maps that we still keep around for some reason even though everything is online now. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains, and then we just sit there waiting and talking about where we’d go if we had the day off. We help folks get their tickets sorted and figure out how to get from one place to another without spending too much money. Sonarpur has grown a lot lately, so there’s always more noise outside than there used to be. The tea stall next door is where we get our morning chai, and that usually keeps us going through the afternoon rush. We aren't a big company with a lot of staff; it’s just a few of us trying to keep things organized. People walk in with all sorts of questions about bus timings or hotel prices, and we do what we can to find an answer. It’s a simple life, honestly. We just want to make sure people get where they are going. We’ve been at this for several years now.
