You can find us on the 3rd floor, Flat No. 34, at 22 Ashutosh Chowdhury Avenue. It’s an older building, so the lift can be a bit slow or moody at times. We've thought about moving, but we like the location. It’s got a bit of character. We handle tourism services. Most of our day is spent on the phone or staring at computer screens trying to fix travel itineraries. It’s not always as exciting as it sounds. Dealing with flight cancellations or hotel mix-ups can be pretty stressful, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we don't panic much anymore. There are a few desks pushed together and a lot of brochures that we probably should organize better. We aren't some big travel agency with a storefront in a mall. We’re just here in this flat doing our thing. People usually call us because they heard about us from a friend. We don't run ads or have a big social media presence. We just try to get people where they want to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Ashutosh Chowdhury Avenue is a busy spot, so there’s always something going on outside. We just keep our heads down and handle the bookings as they come in.
