I Care Trip

Our office is on the second floor at 256 Rabindra Pally. It is a quiet residential area mostly, so it’s a bit different from being on a main high street. We handle trips and travel arrangements for people around here. It’s just a few of us working in a couple of rooms. We don’t have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the building number. Most of the time we are on the phone or responding to messages. It’s not very exciting work, but it keeps us busy. We have a lot of regular customers from the neighborhood who just walk up the stairs to see us. We usually offer them a glass of water and sit down to talk about where they want to go. We don't have those big fancy computers, just some basic ones that get the job done. Sometimes we get overwhelmed when a lot of people want to travel at the same time, like during the holidays. We just do our best to get the bookings done. The office can get a bit cluttered with files and old diaries, but we know where everything is. It’s a simple business and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We just like helping people figure out their travel plans without making it too complicated or expensive for them. We have been here for years and hope to stay for many more.
