Urenus Caterer

I’ve been running Urenus Caterer for a while now from our spot at 24, Jyotish Roy Road. People usually find us easily because we’re right near the Hindustan Sweets in New Alipur. It’s a busy area and we like being part of it. Mostly, we just focus on getting the food done right for whoever calls us up. We aren't a big fancy operation with a lot of office staff. It's usually just us in the kitchen making sure the containers are packed and the rice is hot. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when two or three orders come in at once, but that is just how the catering business goes. We use the space we have here to prep everything fresh. I grew up around here and knowing the neighborhood helps. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word usually gets around from one neighbor to another. If you've walked past the sweets shop, you've probably seen our door. We do a lot of local parties and small gatherings. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but seeing a clean plate at the end makes it okay. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big promises, just decent food delivered on time. The kitchen is always smelling like spices and steam. That’s just life at Urenus Caterer. We've stayed in the same spot for years because it works for us and our regulars know where to go.
