Oriented Cuisine Pvt.Ltd. is based at 2C/1A Chatu Babu Lane Road in Kolkata. It’s an interesting little corner of the city. Most of what we do involves the kitchen and getting things ready for customers. You won't find any marble floors or fancy art here. It’s mostly stainless steel, heavy pots, and the constant smell of spices in the air. We’ve been working out of this lane for a while, and the local vendors know us well. The building itself is older, with high ceilings that trap the heat, but we keep the fans going all day. There’s always a bit of chaos during the lunch rush when the delivery guys are coming in and out. Sometimes the floor gets a bit slippery, and we’re always shouting to be heard over the noise of the exhaust fans. It’s a busy, sweaty kind of job, but we like it that way. We don't spend much time on the "About Us" side of things because we’re usually too busy with the actual food. Chatu Babu Lane isn't exactly a main road, so it has its own quiet moments too, usually late in the evening when we’re finally cleaning up. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep up with the daily orders and making sure the kitchen stays running for whoever is hungry that day.
