We are Aahar Food And Snacks, and you can find us at No. 205 on the second floor. We are right near Machua Bazar on Rabindra Sarani. Being on the second floor means we are a bit away from the street noise, but you can still hear the bazar below. It’s a lively part of town. We spend our time here dealing with food and snacks. The kitchen is usually busy, and there’s always a smell of something being cooked or packed. It isn't a massive factory, just a small space where we prepare things. We aren't some big food chain with fancy packaging. We just make the snacks and get them ready. Rabindra Sarani is a historic area, and we like being part of the bustle. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders to get out. We don’t have a lot of staff, so everyone chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s cooking or cleaning up. We don’t have a glossy menu or anything. People mostly know what we have and they come to get it. Aahar Food And Snacks is just a local place doing its best. We don't talk about being the greatest, we just focus on the food. It’s hard work, but we’ve been at it for a while now. If you’re near Machua Bazar, you’re not far from us.
