My Little Kitchen

You can find us at 91/3B South Sinthee Road in the northern part of Kolkata. Our little kitchen is right here in West Bengal 700030. It’s a small space, and as the name suggests, it’s not a grand restaurant. We spend most of our hours cooking and getting things ready for customers. The kitchen gets quite warm, especially in the afternoons, but that is just part of the life. We don't have a big front-of-house team or a fancy dining room. It’s mostly just us back here, focusing on the food we make. The road outside is usually humming with people going about their business. We get a lot of locals who stop by or order from us because we are right in the neighborhood. It is a very hands-on job. One minute we are chopping vegetables and the next we are packing up an order. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on making stuff that people actually want to eat. It is a bit messy sometimes, with flour on the floor and pots clanking, but it feels like a real home kitchen. We take pride in what we do without needing to boast about it. It’s a simple life on South Sinthee Road, and we are happy to be part of the local food scene here in our own small way. We keep things basic and focus on the cooking.
