Out Door Catering

My name is Nilesh Chohdhury and I’ve been running this catering thing out of my place on MG Road in Thakurpukur for a while now. Kolkata is a big city and people are always hungry for good food at their parties. We aren't a huge company with fancy offices, just a bunch of us who know how to cook and get things delivered on time. It gets pretty hectic in the kitchen, especially when three weddings happen on the same weekend. Sometimes we're up until three in the morning just chopping vegetables. My address is 74 M G Road if anyone needs to drop by to talk about a menu. It's not a showroom or anything, just where we work. We handle the pots, the pans, and the serving staff too. I’ve lived here a long time and know most of the people in the neighborhood. We don't spend money on big ads because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Sometimes the traffic in Kolkata makes deliveries a nightmare, but we try our best to get there before the guests do. It is hard work, standing over hot stoves in the West Bengal heat, but seeing people enjoy a good meal makes it okay. We aren't trying to be the fanciest in India, just reliable. If the food is hot and there is enough for everyone, I’m happy. We just keep doing what we do every day and hope the traffic isn't too bad.
