Unique Tour & Travels

We started Unique Tour & Travels here on B T Road quite a while back. Our office is on the ground floor, right next to Sonali Cinema Hall, so most people find us pretty easily. It is just a small setup where we handle bookings and talk to people about where they want to go for their holidays. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but it is a busy area. We spend most of our day on the phone or looking at train and flight schedules. People from around the neighborhood drop by to ask about ticket prices or just to see what kind of packages are available for the next long weekend. It is a lot of paperwork and checking dates, but we manage. My cousin helps out with the computer work when things get busy during the puja season. We don't have a fancy office. We just sit here and try to get the bookings done right so nobody gets stuck at a station or airport. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to ask people to wait a bit. It is just how things go. We've been at 156/B/4A for years now. Most of our regulars live nearby and just walk in after finishing their market shopping. We keep some brochures on the desk, though they get a bit dusty sometimes. It's just us trying to make a living helping folks get from one place to another. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit while we check the availability. If the tea stall guy is around, we usually offer a cup of tea to anyone waiting for their tickets to print out.
