You can find us over on Sisir Bhaduri Road in Birati. We are based in the Sibachal area, which is a fairly easy place to locate if you live around this part of Kolkata. The office is tucked away at our address, and we’ve been operating from here for a good bit. It’s a local business through and through. Usually, the day starts with opening up the shutters and checking what needs to be done for the upcoming trips people have booked. We deal with all sorts of travelers, from families going on a short holiday to individuals needing to get somewhere for work. Birati is a nice place to be, and we have many regulars who just pop in for a chat or to check on their tickets. We don't use any high-tech systems that you might find in big corporate offices, just the usual computers and a lot of phone calls. Things can get a little disorganized when there are too many bookings at once, but we always manage to sort it out in the end. It feels like a small community here. We take care of the details, like dates and locations, and try to make sure everything is in order before anyone leaves. It's just honest work, day in and day out, helping our neighbors get to where they want to go. The weather here keeps things interesting, especially during the rainy season when the streets get a bit messy.
