You can find True Value Tours & Travels on the ground floor in Kaikhali, right by the Kolkata Airport. We’re tucked in across from the Axis Bank ATM and not far from Chiriamore Road. Being so close to the airport means we are always in the thick of things. People are constantly coming and going, looking for flights, hotels, or just a way to get to their next destination. Our office is a busy little place. We don’t have time for fancy decorations; we just have our desks, our computers, and a lot of ringing phones. We help with all the usual travel stuff like bookings and itineraries. It’s a lot of staring at screens and trying to find the best routes for people. We’ve been in Kaikhali for a good bit now. It’s a noisy, energetic area and we’ve gotten used to the sound of planes and the constant traffic. We aren't some big corporate travel agency with a call center. It’s just us here on the ground floor. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks in. Sometimes travel is expensive or complicated, and we just tell it like it is. We don't have any scripted speeches. We’re just local people helping other people get where they need to go. It’s a lot of work and sometimes it's stressful when plans change last minute, but we just deal with it as it comes.
