We've been at Parekh House on Lenin Sarani for quite a while now. Most days are just us handling phones and sorting out paperwork for people needing to get somewhere. It’s a busy spot here in the city. People come in looking for cars or maybe help with a trip. We just sit at the desks and try to get things sorted. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but that's just how it is on this street. We have a few cars and some people who know the routes well. It isn't a fancy setup. Just some chairs, computers, and a lot of maps or schedules lying around. When someone walks in, we just talk to them about where they need to go and see what we can do. It's mostly about making sure the keys are in the right hands or the tickets are printed correctly. We don't do anything too complicated here. Just the usual travel stuff. The office is easy to find if you know where the 161 building is. We spend a lot of time checking the vehicles and making sure the drivers know the plan. It’s basic work, really. Nothing flashy. We’ve seen a lot of changes on Lenin Sarani over the years, but we’re still here doing the same thing every morning. It’s just how we earn a living, helping folks move from one place to another without too much fuss. We aren't big, but we're here every day.
