Our business, Travel Solutions & Consultancy, is pretty much what it says on the door. We provide help with travel and give advice on how to get things done. We’ve been in this office for a good while. It’s a simple space where we keep our files and take our calls. We don’t believe in those flashy advertisements you see everywhere. Instead, we just focus on the task at hand. People come to us when they have a problem with their travel plans or need someone to handle the logistics. We listen, we look at the options, and we tell them what’s possible. It’s a lot of practical thinking. Bangur Avenue is a nice part of Kolkata, and we enjoy being here. The office gets a bit busy in the afternoons when everyone is out, but that’s normal. We are just a small group of people who understand how travel works. We don't use a lot of jargon.
