You can find us at Travel India Global Tours & Travels over at 6B, Shibtala Lane in Beliaghata. Since we are right opposite Khanna High School, the school bell and the kids are often heard during the day. It’s a busy little corner of Kolkata. Most of our time is spent looking at travel itineraries and trying to make sense of different flight and train options. It’s a lot of screen time, but the work is necessary. We help people who don't want to spend their whole weekend staring at a computer trying to book a holiday. Knowing the bits and pieces of how the travel industry works allows us to take that load off their shoulders. Our office is a simple one. We have our desks, our files, and a few chairs for whoever drops by. Juggling three things at once, like a hotel booking in the north and a car rental in the south, happens sometimes. It’s a real job with real people, and things don’t always go perfectly, but we try to fix whatever comes up. Being in Beliaghata for this long, we’ve gotten to know the families around here. They come to us because they know where we are and that they'll get a straight answer about their travel plans. We just keep track of the schedules and make sure the paperwork is done correctly.
