We’ve been at 8 Gope Lane for a while now. Entally is a busy spot, but we like it here. People come in to talk about trips and how to get from one place to another. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best way to get things done for folks who walk in. Dealing with travel can be a headache sometimes, what with all the changes and dates, but that’s what we do every day. It’s a small office, nothing fancy. You’ll see the sign when you turn down Gope Lane. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. Most days are spent on the phone or clicking through screens to find what's available. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the paperwork. Travel Icon isn't some giant corporation, just a local place where you can sit down and talk about your plans. We try to keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of big words. If someone needs a ticket or a plan, they come see us. It’s been that way for a bit. We know the area well and most of our neighbors. It’s just work, really. Keeping track of buses or flights or whatever else is needed. We stay open until the jobs are finished. That's about it for us at this address.
