Travel Arrangers

Our office, Travel Arrangers, is situated at Givindasrya, 82, Municipality Lane. If you know Nager Bazar, you’ll know that the area around the municipality lane can get quite crowded, but it’s a good place for a business like ours. We’ve been at this Kolkata 700028 address for a while now. The space inside is modest. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of folders. We don't go in for big advertisements or flashy signs. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people walking by on their way to the market. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or hotels, trying to get things lined up for travelers. It can be a bit stressful when a flight is delayed or a booking doesn't go through right away, but we just keep at it until it's fixed. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the long afternoons. Nager Bazar has a specific energy, and we are part of that daily rhythm. We like helping people plan their trips, even if it's just a simple train journey. There’s no corporate talk here, just plain conversation about where you want to go and how much it will cost. We try to be as helpful as possible without making things complicated. It’s just how we do things here and we are quite used to the noise from the street.
