Toucan Holidays

We've been running Toucan Holidays from our office in Salt Lake City Sector 2 for a while now. The space is on the first floor of the Ag-104 building, specifically in the F-20 section, right near the Baisakhi area. People usually find us easily because of the landmark. Most days are spent answering phones or looking at train schedules and flight prices. It gets busy sometimes, especially when everyone wants to go away for the holidays at the same time. The paperwork and the bookings take up a lot of time, so we handle that so customers don't have to deal with messy websites. Only a small team works here in Kolkata. Lately, we've seen a lot of changes in how people travel. Some want long trips and others just want a quick weekend break. Between drinking tea and sitting at our desks, we try to get everything sorted out. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking doesn't go through right away, but the work continues until it's done. Look for our sign if you walk past that block in Sector 2. Big advertisements aren't really our thing. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know us. Dealing with dates and tickets is just practical business. Knowing the routes and which hotels are actually okay is part of the job. It’s just what happens every day here in Salt Lake.
