Tlc Yatra

Our office for Tlc Yatra is at room 104 on the third floor of the Super Market building on Jessore Road. This is in the Motijhil area, very close to the Nager Bazar More. The 700074 zip code is a very busy part of Kolkata. Being in the Super Market means we are right in the middle of all the shopping and traffic. Jessore Road is a major route, so it is always noisy with horns and engines. We have to take the stairs up to the third floor quite often. Our office is just a single room that we have filled with our desks and cabinets. It is a bit of a tight fit, especially with all the paperwork we have to keep. We have a window that looks out over the market, but we usually keep it shut to block out some of the noise. It is a very functional space, meant for working rather than showing off. We do not have any expensive carpets or designer lights. It is just a place where we sit down to handle the yatra bookings. Motijhil is a great place to be because everything is so accessible. We often grab a quick bite from the stalls downstairs. It is a busy, sometimes chaotic environment, but we are used to it by now. We just come in every morning and do our bit. The building can get quite hot in the summer.
