Techno India is over at B-3, Marble Castle, 547B Garia Gardens, right near Hindustan More in Kolkata. The building has a grand name like Marble Castle, but our office at B-3 is a very down-to-earth workspace. Garia is one of those places in Kolkata that is always moving, with rickshaws and buses constantly passing by Hindustan More. We have been here in this corner of the city for some time, and we’ve seen the gardens change as more buildings went up. Inside our office, it is mostly shelves full of technical manuals and a few desks where we sit and work on our engineering projects. We don't have any flashy decor or a big sign outside. Most people find us by word of mouth or by looking for the 547B address in Garia Gardens. It gets quite noisy during the day because of the proximity to the main road, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We handle various technical tasks and sometimes have clients come in for a quick chat about a project. Usually, we just offer them a plastic chair and some water while we look over their requirements. It is a very informal atmosphere where we focus on the work rather than the presentation. We are just a small part of the busy life in Kolkata 700 084, doing our bit every day in the Marble Castle.
