Institute Of Advanced Management

We are the Institute of Advanced Management and we are located at 57 Modern Park in the Kumar Para area of Kolkata. Our address used to be Old 25, so some of the older maps still show that. We are inside the Shibani Apartments building. It is a bit tucked away in a residential neighborhood which makes it a bit quieter for the students. We have classrooms where we teach people about how to work in offices and hotels. The rooms aren't huge but they have enough chairs and tables for everyone. We have a small office where we keep all the student records in big metal cupboards. Sometimes the hallways get a bit crowded between classes when everyone is trying to move around at once. The staff here is small and we all know each other well. We handle the admissions and the teaching ourselves. It is not a giant university campus, just a local institute trying to help people get better jobs. We have a few computers for the students to use and a printer that we have to kick sometimes to get it to work. There is a small tea stall just outside the gates where everyone goes during the breaks. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the lessons are clear. It is a modest place but it serves its purpose for the local community. Most of us have been working here for quite a few years now.
