Iiswbm

Our place, Iiswbm, is located at Ad-97/3, S.S. Dey Sarani in Kestopur. The street used to be called Mondal Para, so some of the older people still call it that when giving directions. We are in the 700102 area of Kolkata. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s pretty quiet during the day when everyone is off at their jobs. We have a small office where we keep our records and meet with people. The building is a bit old, and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it’s a good place to work. We have a few ceiling fans that click when they are on the high setting. There’s no big sign out front, just the house number and our name on the mailbox. Kestopur has changed a lot over the years with new buildings going up everywhere, but our corner feels pretty much the same. We take our time with our work and don't like to rush things. Usually, someone is there from ten in the morning until late in the evening. We don’t use any fancy management tools, just some notebooks and a couple of computers that have been with us for years. It’s a very simple setup. We like it this way because it’s easy to manage and we don’t have to worry about too many overheads. We often share a meal in the afternoon at the big wooden table in the middle of the room before getting back to work.
