We set up Swastika Tours & Travels over here in Nimta, right on M B Road. It’s a handy location for people living around this part of Kolkata. Dealing with travel stuff can be a real headache sometimes, so we try to handle the paperwork and bookings so others don’t have to worry. It's just a small office, nothing too flashy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules. Most of the people who come to us are just looking for a simple trip or need help with a train ticket. We don't use any fancy systems, just the usual stuff that works. Being in the 700049 area means we see a lot of the same faces. It's nice because you get to know what people like. We don't promise anything crazy, just that we will try our best to get your travel plans sorted out. Sometimes the internet goes slow or there's a delay, but we deal with it. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic on M B Road, but you get used to it after a week. We’ve been at this for a bit now. If you’re around Nimta and need some travel help, we’re usually here.
