Subhojatra. Com is located at Ck 159 in Sector 2 of Salt Lake City. Even though we have a ".com" in our name, we are very much a physical office where you can come and talk to us in person. We’ve been here in Salt Lake for a while, and we’ve gotten to know many of the families who live nearby. Our work involves a lot of coordinating between different hotels, transport providers, and the customers themselves. It can be a lot to juggle at times, especially when people have specific requirements. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a regular building in a residential block. We have a couple of computers that we use for all our bookings, and our desks are usually piled high with brochures and maps. We like to keep things simple and direct. If a certain trip is going to be difficult or expensive, we say so. We don't see the point in hiding the facts from people who are trusting us with their holidays. Most of our day is spent answering emails and taking calls. Sometimes we have to stay late to make sure a booking is confirmed before the prices change. It’s just how the travel industry works. We don't have any fancy titles; we just all chip in and do whatever needs to be done to get the job finished. We enjoy the local vibe here in Sector 2 and being part of the community for all these years.
