Speed Travels

We’ve been here at Deshbandhunagar for a while now. The office is right on Rajarhat Road, very close to the patrol pump, which makes it easy for people to find us when they need a car or want to plan a trip somewhere. It’s a busy spot. Most days it is just us answering the phones and making sure the drivers are ready to go on time. We don't really do anything fancy here. It's just a small local setup where we try to help out people who need to get from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the traffic on this road gets really bad, especially in the evenings, but we manage. People stop by after filling up at the patrol pump next door and ask about rates or where they can go for a weekend. We handle the bookings and try to keep the cars clean. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes there are delays because of the roads, but that is just how it goes in Kolkata. We’ve known most of our regular customers for years. They know where we sit. It’s just a regular business. We aren't a big corporation or anything. It's just me and a couple of others keeping things moving. We mostly focus on local trips and outstation drops. If someone needs a vehicle, they just come in and we talk it out. That's pretty much it for Speed Travels.
