Our office is tucked away at 4C Gobinda Chandra Dhar Lane. If you know where Burrabazaar Thana is, we are quite close to that. It is a bit of a crowded area, typical for this part of Kolkata, so you have to keep your eyes open to find the lane. We deal with a lot of international travel requests here. It’s funny because the lane is so small and local, but we are talking to people about going halfway across the world. The office isn't anything fancy. We have a few chairs for people to sit while we sort out their paperwork or look at visa stuff. Burrabazaar is always loud with carts and people shouting, so it’s never really quiet inside either. We started this because we knew how to handle the complicated forms and the booking systems that confuse people. We aren't trying to be some big corporate agency. It is just a few of us working here every day. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall outside while we wait for systems to load. Most of our regulars are business people from around the market who need to fly out for work. We just keep our heads down and get the tickets done. It’s a practical setup. Nothing more, nothing less. If you find the Thana, you’re almost at our doorstep. We don't have much space, but we make it work.
