Sequester Travel

We run Sequester Travel out of Flat 316 in the Kendriya Bihar complex, Block B20, right on V I P Road. It is a residential area, so it feels a bit different than having a shop on the main street. You have to come into the complex to find us, which makes it a bit quieter than the usual Kolkata bustle. We have set up the office inside the flat, so it has a very homey feel to it. There are books on the shelves and we usually have a pot of tea going somewhere. It isn't a corporate setup at all. We mostly work with people who live in the complex or those who have heard about us from friends. Because we are on VIP Road, we are still connected to the main flow of the city, but once you are inside Kendriya Bihar, it’s much more relaxed. We spend our time looking into travel routes and making sure all the bookings are confirmed. Sometimes we get distracted by the neighbors or the general goings-on in the building, but we always get back to the work. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big sales pitch. We just talk to people like normal and try to help them figure out their trips. It is a small operation and we like it that way. No big overheads, just a quiet space to focus on the travel details.
