Our place is located in Bandel, specifically at P/6 Green Park, which some locals call Mukherjee Bagan. We share the space C/O Bithika Sarkar. It’s a quiet corner of Hooghly where things move a bit slower than the big city. We’ve been part of this community for a while, focusing on the technical side of things for the students who come through our doors. The institute isn't some massive glass building; it feels more like a local home that’s been converted to help people learn. We have a lot of books and computers around, and the rooms are usually full of students debating something or working on a project. It gets a bit humid here in the summer, but we keep the fans going and just get on with the lessons. Living and working in West Bengal, you get used to the rhythm of the seasons and how they affect the school year. We try to keep things practical because that’s what the students actually need when they leave here. It’s not about being the biggest school, but just about doing a decent job with the resources we have. You’ll often find us just sitting around the common area talking about the day's work. It’s a friendly atmosphere, and we know most of the people who walk in by their first names. It’s just how we like to run things here in Green Park. We find that a simple approach works best for everyone.
