We are located at 9P/1B Dum Dum Road in the Ghughudanga area. If you find the Allahabad Bank near Dum Dum, you are pretty much there. It is a busy spot with lots of shops and people moving around all the time. Our office is tucked in among them. We do not have any polished floors or bright neon lights. It is just a place with some desks and chairs where we sit and handle the daily grind. We have been here quite a while now, and we have seen the neighborhood change as the years go by. We just keep doing what we have always done. People come in with all sorts of requests, and we sit down and talk them through. There is no corporate talk here. We just speak plain English and get to the point. Sometimes we have a fan running to keep the heat away, and the noise of the traffic comes through the open door. It is just the way things are in this part of Kolkata. We do not try to hide it or make it sound better than it is. We are just local people running a local business. Most of our clients are neighbors or people who work nearby. We do not have a big marketing budget, so we just focus on doing the work so people come back.
