Refrigeration Trade Impex is up on the second floor of a building in Asaba Lane, specifically at 29/87. If you know the area, you know the lanes are quite narrow and can get pretty congested during the day. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a big showroom. Our office is more of a functional space where we keep our records and handle all the paperwork. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, especially when we have to carry things up, but we’re used to it by now. The space inside is quite tight because we have so many files and catalogs taking up the shelves. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and the walls are covered with old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled over the years. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a big team or any fancy corporate structure. It’s just us doing the daily grind of checking orders and talking to people who need parts. Sometimes the electricity acts up, or it gets a bit too hot in the afternoons, but we just keep working through it. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. As long as we can find what we’re looking for and the phone is working, we’re happy. It’s just a small, local business trying to keep things moving in a busy part of the city.
