ANAM Projects Devlopments

Our office is on the second floor of the building where Dr. Indrani Banerjee’s clinic is. We’re located on Charu Chandra Avenue, right in the Tollygunge area on Tollygunge Road. It’s a busy part of Kolkata, with the tram lines and the metro nearby. We work on various project developments from here. It’s more of a planning and management office than a construction site. We have our files and computers set up, and we spend most of our time coordinating different tasks. The building is a typical Tollygunge structure, and it gets quite a bit of shade from the trees on the avenue. We’ve been operating out of this second-floor space for a while. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team that likes to stay focused on the details of each project. Sometimes clients come up to discuss plans, but we are often out visiting sites across the city. It’s not a fancy setup, just a functional space where we can get our work done without distractions. We don’t go in for big slogans or promises. We just take on a project and see it through to the end, step by step. That’s how we’ve always done things here in Tollygunge. It can get loud with the traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the drawings and the deadlines we have to meet.
