A . B. Enterprise

You can find A . B. Enterprise at No. 6, Taltal Bazar Street. Being right on the bazar street means it is never quiet. From early morning, there are carts moving and people haggling right outside our door. We are a general trading enterprise, which basically means we buy and sell a lot of different things depending on what people are looking for. The shop is narrow and long, with shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling. We have to use a wooden ladder to reach the stuff at the top, and it’s always a bit shaky. My uncle started this place, and I’ve been helping out for about ten years now. We know most of the other shopkeepers on the street, so we often trade stories over tea in the afternoons. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting crates and checking invoices to make sure we didn't get cheated. The ledger is usually sitting open on the counter, and I spend far too much time trying to make the numbers add up at the end of the month. We don't use any high-tech systems here. It’s just pens, paper, and a lot of talking. People come to us because we’ve been in the bazar for a long time and they know where to find us if there’s a problem. It’s just how we do business on this street.
