Ramkrishna Travels

You can find Ramkrishna Travels over at 838, Block A in Lake Town. We have been operating in this part of Kolkata for a good while. The pincode here is 700089. Lake Town is a pretty lively neighborhood, so there is always a lot of movement outside our office. We just help people with their travel needs. It’s not a huge, fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a room with some desks and a few of us working. We started this because we knew the area well and felt we could help. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound like we are some global giant. We are just a local travel shop. Some days the phones ring non-stop and it gets a bit stressful, but we just take it one call at a time. We’ve seen kids grow up in this block and now they are our customers too. That’s the nice thing about being in one place for a long time. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just show up, do the bookings, and go home. Sometimes we forget to tidy up the newspapers or the tea cups, but it’s a real place where real work happens. We like being in Block A. It’s home for us and our business. We just keep things moving every day.
