Rajika Travels is located at 38 M B Road in the 700056 area of Kolkata. We’ve been around for a while, just doing our thing. Our office is a straightforward place. We don’t have any big signs or fancy decorations. It’s just a spot where we work on travel bookings and talk to customers who drop by. We started this business because we wanted to work for ourselves and we knew a lot about the local transport and travel scene. MB Road is a busy place, and we’re right in the thick of it. We see all kinds of people every day. Some are looking for a quick trip nearby, others want to go across the country. We don't have a corporate manual on how to talk. We just answer questions as they come. If we don’t know something, we look it up. It’s a very human way of working. We’ve lived in this city our whole lives, so we understand how things work here. The humidity, the traffic, the way things can get delayed—we take all that into account. We don't use fancy marketing words. We just tell you what the price is and what the plan looks like.
