If you’re looking for us, we are right near the UCO Bank Kasba branch. It’s a pretty busy part of town, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Our office is just a few rooms with some maps pinned to the walls and a lot of folders stacked on the desks. We spend most of our time looking at flight schedules or trying to find a decent hotel for someone going on a trip. It’s not always easy because prices keep changing every five minutes. We get a lot of walk-ins from people who are just finished shopping at the mall and decided they want to go on a vacation. We sit them down, offer them some water, and try to figure out where they want to go. The phone rings a lot, mostly people asking about visas or if their train is on time. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from printing out tickets to making coffee. We’ve got a view of the street from our window, which is nice for watching the traffic while we wait for the computers to load. It's a regular office with plenty of paper and maps.
