Radhey Holiday Destination Private Limited is basically just us working out of our office at 2A, Madan Dutta Lane in the Bowbazar area. If you know where Goenka College is, we are right nearby. It’s a busy part of Kolkata, but we like it here. We spend most of our days talking to people about where they want to go for their next break from work. Sometimes it’s just a quick trip nearby, other times it’s something much bigger that needs a lot of planning. We handle the paperwork, the bookings, and all those small things that usually give people a headache when they try to do it themselves online. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we keep track of flight schedules and hotel availability. We’ve been doing this for some time now, so we know how things work with the airlines and the local transport in different places. Usually, someone walks in, sits down, and we just go through the options together. It’s easier that way than sending twenty emails back and forth. We don't really do the big flashy ads. Most people find us because their neighbor or cousin told them we helped them out before. It’s just about getting the details right so nobody gets stuck at an airport or a hotel that doesn’t have their name on the list. We just try to make sure everything is in order before anyone leaves.
