You can find us at 5, Clive Row, right on the second floor in Room No. 41. It is one of those old buildings where the stairs are a bit narrow and you can hear the city noise from the windows. Pragati Impex Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this room for a long time. It’s not a very big space, so it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of boxes stacked up. We deal with various goods, moving them from one place to another, which involves a lot of phone calls and checking lists. The overhead fan usually makes a clicking sound, but we don't really notice it anymore. Clive Row is a hectic place, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their offices at the same time. We’ve got a small team here, just a handful of people who know how the business works. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just try to make sure the numbers add up and the deliveries happen when they are supposed to. Sometimes things get delayed at the port or the paperwork gets stuck, and those are the days we end up drinking a lot of coffee. It’s a practical business, nothing more and nothing less. We’ve been around long enough that we know most of the other people in the building. It’s just a regular life here.
