Out here on Madhurdha Road, you’ll find East West Stonex India Pvt Ltd. We are located at Plot No:-550, which is right near Kalikapur. It’s a decent sized spot where we keep all the stone. People come around looking for slabs or tiles for their homes and we just show them what’s in the yard. It can get quite dusty with all the stone being moved around. We spend most of the day loading trucks or helping people pick out what they need for their floors or walls. It's a straightforward business. We don't have a big fancy office, just the plot where everything happens. You might miss the turn if you aren't looking, but we're close enough to Kalikapur that most locals find us fine. The road gets a bit rough sometimes, especially when the big lorries are coming through. East West Stonex India Pvt Ltd has been operating from this plot for some time now. We just handle the stone and make sure people get what they ordered. It's a lot of heavy lifting and checking measurements. Sometimes the weather makes it tough to work outside all day, but that’s just part of it. We aren't doing anything complicated here. Just selling stone to anyone who needs it for their building projects. Most days are just about moving inventory and talking to the drivers. It's a regular job for us and we just try to keep things moving as best as we can without too much fuss.
