Padmabati

We are located on New Town Road. It is a very busy stretch of road in Kolkata, especially the part near the Rajarhat Police Station. If you know the Rajarhat Bazar area then you know exactly where we are. Padmabati is just a small name on this long road. The traffic is always moving outside. We hear the horns and the buses all day long. Being near the police station means there is always some activity happening. The bazar brings in a lot of people too. We open up the shutters in the morning and stay until the evening. The air is often dusty from all the construction around New Town lately but that is just how it is these days. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have some chairs and a desk where we handle things. People from the market sometimes drop in just to ask questions or see what we do. We do not have a big marketing budget or flashy lights. We just try to get the work done. The 700135 area feels quite different from the older parts of the city. Everything is a bit newer but still very crowded. We have been at this spot for a while now. Some days the internet is slow and we just wait. We talk to the neighbors or the other shopkeepers nearby. It is a normal life here. Running Padmabati keeps us busy enough.
