Om Shakti Travel Agency

Om Shakti Travel Agency is based out of Mondal Ganthi on VIP Road. We are very close to the Kolkata Airport, right by the Kaikhali Bus Stop. Being so close to the airport means we see a lot of people coming and going. It’s a busy office, mostly filled with maps, schedules, and a couple of old desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at computer screens. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of logistics and trying to figure out the best routes for people. We started this agency to help folks get where they need to go. Whether it’s a bus ticket or something further away, we just try to get the details right. The traffic on VIP Road is always heavy, so there is a lot of noise outside our door. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, and the locals know they can just walk in from the bus stop if they have questions. We don't have a big marketing budget or flashy posters. It’s mostly word of mouth and people seeing our sign as they head to the airport. We are just regular people working in the travel industry. It’s a practical business. We deal with delays, bookings, and all the usual headaches that come with travel. We just take it one day at a time here at Kaikhali. That is what we have been doing for years now.
