It’s a convenient spot because so many people pass through this area every day. We aren't a large company with a bunch of departments; it’s just a simple desk where we help people with their travel plans. Our office is basic, filled with the usual desks, some stacks of files, and a phone that rings quite often. Most of the work involves helping locals with train tickets or organizing longer trips for families. Being so close to the bus stop means we see a lot of familiar faces from the neighborhood. This shop has been a part of the local scene for quite some time now. You won't see any big neon signs or expensive ads for us. People usually find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We are just ordinary people doing our daily jobs. On slow afternoons, we might spend a few minutes chatting with whoever drops by. It’s a very normal, local way to run things. We don't try to sugarcoat anything.
