Mindfresh Trips

We’ve been operating Mindfresh Trips out of the Poddar Court Building for a while now. You have to head to Gate 4 and then come up to the 3rd floor to find us at Unit 314 A. It’s right on Rabindra Sarani, which is always a bit chaotic with traffic and people. Being near the Lal Bazar Police Station helps folks find us pretty easily. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit with our computers and phones. Most days are spent sorting out travel details for people who want to get away for a bit. We’re a small team, so it’s usually just a couple of us here. Sometimes the lift takes its time, so you have to be patient. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just like helping people figure out their train or flight tickets. It’s a lot of checking schedules and trying to make things fit. We grab tea from the stall downstairs every morning before we start. It’s noisy outside but we’re used to it by now. We try to be practical about everything. If something isn't possible, we just say it. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch. People walk in, we chat about where they want to go, and we see what we can do. It's a simple way to work, and it keeps us busy.
