Metro Tour & Travels

We have been at 13B Bidhan Sarani for a while now. It’s right next to Vidyasagar College and the hostel, so things stay pretty busy around here. People come in mostly to figure out their travel plans, maybe a train ticket or asking about a trip somewhere. We aren't a big fancy office with glass doors and suits. It is just us sitting here with some desks and maps. Most days we are just answering the phone or looking up schedules on the computer. The traffic on Bidhan Sarani is always noisy, but we are used to it by now. If you are walking past the college, you will see our sign. Sometimes students pop in to ask for directions or just to check prices for going back home during holidays. We handle a lot of different things, mostly just helping folks get from one place to another without too much trouble. It is a small place, nothing too special to look at. We try to keep things simple. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer acts up, but that is just how it goes. We know the neighborhood well since we’ve been here so long. Most of the people who come to us live nearby or are staying in the hostel next door. We just do our work and go home like everyone else. It’s a regular local spot for travel stuff, and we like it that way.
