Ma Sarada Travels

We've been running Ma Sarada Travels from our spot on Ratan Babu Road for a while now. It’s right across from the North Suburban Hospital, so people usually find us easily when they are in the neighborhood. We mostly spend our days dealing with car bookings and helping folks figure out their travel plans. It gets pretty busy on this street, especially with all the hospital traffic and people moving about. We aren't a big fancy office with lots of staff, just a small team trying to keep things moving. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or someone who just happens to walk in while they are out on 35/1C. It’s just how things go here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. If someone needs a vehicle for a trip or just wants to know how to get somewhere, we sit down and talk it out. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually have a tea. We try to keep our records straight and make sure the drivers are where they need to be on time. It is not always perfect because Kolkata traffic is what it is, but we do what we can. Being at 700002 keeps us close to the heart of things. We just stay focused on the work in front of us and hope the day goes smoothly for everyone involved.
