Leo Caterer

Leo Caterer is tucked away at 208/15 on Raja Rammohan Roy Road. It is a busy stretch of road, but our spot is easy enough to find once you know where to look. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area, prepping for the next big lunch or dinner. It is noisy and hot most of the time, but that is just part of the job. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us, the cooks, and the people who help with the serving. Most of the time, our hands are full with pots and pans rather than paperwork. We take things as they come. If someone has a birthday or a wedding coming up, they come talk to us. We have been through plenty of busy seasons where we barely had time to sit down for a meal ourselves. But we like the work. There is something satisfying about seeing a big stack of clean plates at the end of a long night. We do not use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make food and bring it to people. Sometimes we run out of something or the traffic on Raja Rammohan Roy Road slows us down, but we always find a way to make it work. It is a local business, and we try to treat people fairly. That is really all there is to it for us.
