Lady Bird Travel Services is located at 2/2 Tarun Sengupta Sarani, which is very close to Airport 1 No. in Kolkata. Being so close to the airport means we see a lot of people who are in a hurry or just arriving in the city. The area around here is always moving, with taxis and airport shuttles constantly passing by. Our office is a simple place where we handle travel arrangements. It isn't very large, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time checking schedules and making sure names are spelled correctly on forms. It’s easy to make a mistake when things get busy, so we try to double-check everything even if it takes a bit longer. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or try to act like a big corporation. We are just local people who know the travel business. Sometimes the humidity in Kolkata makes the office feel a bit stuffy, but we have a fan that keeps things moving. People usually come to us because we are easy to find and we've been around for a while. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to get through the day’s work and make sure the people who use our services get where they need to go without too much trouble. It is a straightforward way of working that seems to suit us just fine.
