Diamond Tours Travels

You can find us at No. 40 Kankulia Road. It is a regular storefront where we handle travel bookings and tours. The windows are covered with some old posters of mountains and beaches that have started to curl at the edges from the humidity. Inside, we have two desks and a small bench for customers to sit on while they wait. We spend our days looking at travel portals and trying to find the best routes for people. Kankulia Road is a narrow street and it can get quite loud during the evening rush hour. We do not have any fancy uniforms or a big marketing budget. Most of our customers are people who live in the neighborhood and have been coming to us for years. We know most of them by name. Sometimes the computer system is slow, and we have to ask people to come back in an hour, which they usually do without any complaints. We handle everything from train tickets to local hotel stays. It is a very straightforward business. We do not try to sell people things they do not need. We just give them the prices and book the tickets. The office smells a bit like old paper and the incense sticks we light in the morning. It is a comfortable, small place where we just do our daily work of helping people travel.
