Jetha Icha Setha Jai

Our office, Jetha Icha Setha Jai, is at 47 A, B T Road in the Sinthee area. We are right beside Jolojog, which is a very famous spot, so we are easy to find. The name of our business basically means "go wherever you wish," and that is what we try to help people do. We are just a small team of local people who enjoy the travel business. Our office is simple, with some old furniture and a lot of papers scattered around. We spend a lot of time talking to customers who walk in from B T Road. Some people come in with a very clear idea of where they want to go, while others need a bit of help deciding. We just tell them what we know about different places and what the costs are likely to be. We don't try to push any particular destination on anyone. It’s more about what the customer wants. Sometimes we have to deal with cancellations or changes in plans, which is always a bit of a headache, but we do our best to sort it out. The traffic on B T Road can be quite something, but once you are inside the office, it is a bit more relaxed. We have a small kettle for making tea, and there is usually a packet of biscuits somewhere. It’s a very informal environment. We just want to help folks get their travel plans sorted without making things more complicated. We keep a ledger of all the bookings on the main desk.
