Jeen Bhawani Travels is tucked away in the Hanapara area of Krishnapur. If you know the VIP Road side of things, we aren't too hard to find. Being in this part of Kolkata means we deal with a lot of people trying to get to the airport or heading out towards the newer parts of the city. We have a few cars and we spend most of our time coordinating where they need to be. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, especially when the traffic on VIP Road gets backed up, which happens more often than not. Our office in 700102 is pretty basic. We don't have fancy brochures or a big sales team. It’s usually just one of us answering the phone and writing down bookings in a notebook. We’ve been around the Hanapara neighborhood long enough that people just know to come to us when they need a reliable driver. We don't try to act like a big international company because we aren't. We are just local people providing a service to other local people. Sometimes a car might be five minutes late because of a sudden rainstorm, but we always try to make it work. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking maps. We just focus on getting the day’s work done without too much fuss. It is a simple life but it keeps us on our toes most of the time.
