We are located at 29 Rabindra Nagar in the Dutta Para area, under the P.O. - Nimta. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the center of the city, which we actually prefer. Our office is a modest space, basically just a couple of rooms where we handle all the travel arrangements. There are posters of different landmarks on the walls and plenty of calendars to keep track of everyone’s trips. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking train schedules and flight prices. It’s not a fancy setup with modern furniture. We have some sturdy wooden desks and chairs that have been with us since we started. People from around Nimta know they can just walk in and have a chat about where they want to go next. We don't use any high-pressure tactics to get people to book. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of tea and look at the options together. The neighborhood is very residential, so it feels like we are part of a community rather than just a business. Sometimes things get busy and we have stacks of passports and tickets that need to be sorted. It’s just a small team of us running the show. We’ve been at this address for years and don't have any plans to move. It’s a simple, honest way to help people see a bit more of the world.
